This book is a completely new method of study, one that attempts to guide the student through the use of existing pedagogical works - to share the practical information inherited from the great masters of piano, violin and cello - and finally, to develop and to nurture the true essence of musical creation.
"Saxophone Studying Method" presents a variety of research areas: a list of select works, various technics and esthetics of music, as well as types of musical expression ... It attempts to be efficient, taking the young saxophonist toward the understanding of why one does exercises, while acquiring solid musical habits "en route" to the essential gestures of apprenticeship in the acquisition of correct reflexes - mastering the technics specific to the saxophone, whether it be the interpretation of music in the written tradition (generally called classical music) or to develop one's own musical imagination (jazz).
