The publication of the Collection "The Classics for the Viola" offers to the violists the possibility not only to improve their technic, but also to acquire a virtuosity which will allow them to play modern works with much more ease.
The adaptation to the viola of a more extensive technic becomes more necessary from day to day. The composers discorver the richnesses, still too much ignored, of this instrument, and want to make use of it without restrictions. It is necessary, in the same time, to preserve characteristic qualities of the viola, as well as to proffer his services without restrictions for the sake of Music.
